CEO CIRCLE CLUB SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202501028985 (1630397-P)) is a company incorporated in Malaysia. We operate this website (ceocircleclub.com), the CEO Sports Club membership application (sports.ceocircleclub.com), and the CEO Circle Club members' portal. This Privacy Policy explains, in general terms, how personal data is handled across these properties and points you to where a more specific notice applies.

2. This website

This website — the pages you are reading now, including the home, about, podcast, stories, and contact pages — contains no forms, and does not use any analytics or tracking cookies. Browsing this website does not involve us collecting any personal data from you.

3. Where we collect personal data

We only collect personal data where you actively provide it to us, through one of the following:

• The CEO Sports Club membership application, at sports.ceocircleclub.com — collected when you apply to join CEO Sports Club. This is governed by its own Privacy Notice, presented on that page at the point of application, in accordance with Section 7 of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
• The CEO Circle Club members' portal — collected from approved members using the portal, and governed by the notice provided within the portal itself.

If you have not applied to CEO Sports Club or been onboarded as a member, we do not hold personal data about you through these websites.

4. How long we keep applicant data

Where an application to CEO Sports Club is unsuccessful, the applicant's personal data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. See the Privacy Notice on the application page for the full list of what is collected and why.

5. Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data, and to limit how it is processed. To exercise these rights, or for any question about how your data is handled, contact us at privacy@ceocircleclub.com.

6. Governing law

This Policy, and the handling of personal data described in it, is governed by Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended by Act A1730.
